I Face Unauthorized $34.49 Charge From DeepL Despite Free Trial Offer

On September 19, 2025, I signed up for a free trial plan on the DeepL Translator website. However, even though it was clearly advertised as a free trial, $34.49 was charged to my credit card. My subscription ID is 19A9qaUxFdQkkLtg.

After noticing the charge, I emailed DeepL customer service twice, but I have not received any response. It’s unacceptable to be charged under a free trial and receive no communication or support from the company afterward.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the $34.49 that was wrongfully charged to my card and expect DeepL to clarify how such an error occurred in what was supposed to be a no-cost trial period.
