I Face Unauthorized $104.88 Charge From DeepL Despite Canceling My Starter Plan During Free Trial

I began using the DeepL Translator Starter plan during its free trial period and made sure to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. However, on August 12, 2025, once funds became available in my account, DeepL charged me $104.88 for an annual subscription, even though I had already canceled it.

Earlier, on August 8, 2025, the payment had failed due to insufficient balance, yet the system still attempted and completed the charge later without my authorization. Despite canceling in advance, my account now displays the confusing message “Cancellation Scheduled,” which clearly indicates an issue with the cancellation process.

My subscription ID is 199Fk9Uq21Ns362I7, and my registered email address is h*************@gmail.com**. I have not been able to reach DeepL customer service, as there is no clear support channel available for billing disputes.

I request a full refund of the $104.88 charge and a complete cancellation of my subscription. DeepL should not charge customers after a cancellation is made within the free trial period, and I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible.
