I purchased a Daikin combi from Tarsus Tekçelik on November 20th. Despite the gas connection being established on November 24th, my attempts to get a satisfactory response from Tekçelik have been in vain. When contacting Daikin customer service, they requested information about the specific date when the required form was submitted by the company. Unfortunately, Tekçelik fails to provide a clear date. After months of waiting for the activation code, I am left with a prepaid product obtained through a check campaign. I demand the resolution of my grievance.
