My Already Paid Daikin Order Does Not Appear in The System and No One Returns To Me

Hello, so far no one has gotten back to me. It has been 4 days and still no one is attending to it, and there is no progress!

My order, which I placed from www.daikin.com.tr and the payment was withdrawn from my card, does not appear in the "my orders" section in the system. When I entered the password received by message from the bank while making the transaction from the phone, the system gave an error and my order was not completed. But it seems to have been withdrawn from my credit card in the bank system. For 4 days, I have been calling Daikin Turkey every day on the subject, but they could not get back to me!

The issue was resolved with the close follow-up of the lady dealing with Şikayetvar.com. My emails sent to the company's own system or my calls to their contact numbers had no effect on getting a response. I also thank Şikayetvar.com.
