Shein Payment Issue—App Keeps Resetting at Checkout

I’ve been unable to complete payment for the items in my cart on the Shein shopping app since last night. After entering all my card and address information correctly on the payment screen, the moment I tap “save,” the system sends me back to the beginning and won’t let me proceed to the payment step. This issue has continued no matter how many times I try.
I want to make the payment with my Yapı Kredi card, but the system doesn’t even allow me to reach the card confirmation stage — it keeps resetting to the start. I haven’t contacted the bank yet, and although I previously discussed this issue with Shein support, the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
I request that my information be securely processed, properly saved to my account, and that the payment for the items in my cart be completed without issues. I also ask that the necessary technical review be conducted and this problem be permanently fixed as soon as possible.
