Garena Free Fire Account Suspended for Disabling Data Upload, Ban Appeal
My Garena Free Fire account (UID: 11205236756) was suspended on 20 October 2026 with the automated reason shown as “Disabling data upload.” I play on a clean, unmodified installation of MSI App Player 5 downloaded from the official website, and the Free Fire client is installed directly from the Google Play Store. I do not use macros, scripts, third‑party tools, or any kind of game‑file modification. Before the suspension, my client was experiencing a severe asset‑synchronization problem: downloaded outfits and visual assets were frequently failing to load or appear in‑game. This shows that the virtual network bridge of the emulator was already having difficulty correctly fetching and syncing data packets with Garena’s servers. When I entered Training Grounds, the anti‑cheat system triggered an integrity check. Because of the ongoing connection and asset‑sync timeout, the client could not successfully upload the required logs, and the system appears to have interpreted this network failure as if I had intentionally “disabled data upload.” Your standard customer support ticket system is automatically closing my appeals without any clear sign of human review, so at the moment I do not have an effective way to clarify the situation. As a user who believes they have followed the Terms of Service, I respectfully request that a systems administrator or technical specialist manually review the relevant network packet logs and integrity‑check data for my account around the time of the ban. I am asking for the permanent suspension on my account to be removed and my access to be fully restored, on the basis that this was a false‑positive triggered by connection and synchronization issues rather than by any attempt to cheat or interfere with data upload. I would also appreciate a written clarification of the findings of this manual review so that I can understand what happened and avoid similar technical problems in the future.
