Amazon Unresolved Duplicate Order Issue and Delayed Refund
On April 19th, I mistakenly made a duplicate order on Amazon.com.tr because the system froze. As of May 4th, one order was in the process of being delivered, while the other order had not yet been shipped. I was able to cancel the second order, but even after making two phone calls and informing them about the missing refund, I still haven't received it. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to contact customer service. I kindly request a prompt resolution for the inconvenience I have experienced.
