Akbank ATM Jammed While Depositing ₺5000 to My VakıfBank Card and No Response
On October 20, 2024, at around 05:00, I attempted to deposit money into my VakıfBank card via the Akbank ATM located in Ziya Gökalp, Kocasinan, Kayseri. After placing the money in the machine, I intended to deposit a total of ₺5000. When I selected the "continue with the transaction" option, the machine recognized an error with ₺400, stating "unrecognized money" and returned that amount. While counting the remaining ₺4600, the ATM experienced a cash jam, and I received a message instructing me to contact customer service. I called customer service, but it has been four days without any response. We are extremely inconvenienced and urgently request that the deposited amount be credited to our account. People should not be treated this unfairly.
