Dyson Air Purifier Order Payment Taken, No Delivery, No Answers

I tried to order a recently released air purifier from Dyson's website on March 18, 2024, at 17:21. Despite a deduction of ₺26,999 from my credit card account, no order was processed. Apologies, but it seems like there was an error on the website. There was no reply through SMS or email. Upon reaching out to Dyson Support, I was informed that my order would be processed within 48 hours. It's been a whole week and there's still no update on my order. Seriously, what's going on? Lastly, they asked for my credit card details, but I haven't heard back from them since. In the end, the money is depleted without any resulting product.
