Daikin MCK55W Air Purifier Disappointing Performance


I'd like to share my poor experience with the Daikin MCK55W air purifier. I believe it did not perform as stated, so I'm writing to inform potential customers. The reported filter replacement time of ten years is inaccurate. The device appears to release the scents it is designed to eradicate. Despite the fact that there was very little smoking in the vicinity, it began to smell like burnt charcoal. The service claimed to have resolved the issue by replacing the oscillation motor, but it persisted. Furthermore, the button was damaged during service, necessitating another trip for repairs. Although a free filter change was supplied, the gadget continued to generate a charcoal odor even in a smoke-free atmosphere. When I contacted customer service about the problem, they suggested I replace the filter, despite the fact that it was new. The firm blames previous smoking for the problem, yet even with a clean filter, it persists. I feel that the ₺9000 I bought for the device, relying in the Daikin brand and its stated filter longevity, has been wasted. The equipment is currently inoperable and so cannot be sold or disposed of. In expressing my discontent, I must point out that authorized service facilities appear inexperienced with the equipment, and customer service professionals appear unwilling to understand the matter. I watched a video about this issue and wished I had seen it sooner since I would have reconsidered my purchase.
