Daikin MCK55 Causes Odor and Nausea Despite Cleaning and Poor Humidification

I have been using the Daikin MCK55 device for a year now, and I must say I am quite disappointed with its humidification feature; it simply doesn't meet my expectations. I have also encountered the same odor problem that seems to be a common concern among others. I bought this device with my children's allergies in mind, but now when I use it at night, they wake up feeling sick. I even attempted to clean it with citric acid to tackle the smell, but the problem continues to linger. I am quite worried about how this device might affect their health and overall well-being. I respectfully urge Daikin to address this issue quickly, as I selected this brand with the expectation of dependable performance and assistance.
