Heat Pump Manufacturer Daikin Gives Spring Time For Spare Parts

When the heat pump in our Daikin boiler failed, we contacted their service department and were told that the expansion tank needed to be replaced. We expressed our concerns about the cold weather, as well as the presence of sick elderly family members and young children, and asked that the service team check for spare parts and consider alternative solutions. We were assured that there was no shortage of spare parts and that the brand had a backup system in place to service large corporate clients after being transferred to the regional directorate. We paid and were promised an immediate shipment. We contacted them again after 5 days to inquire about the status of our order, only to be told that the spare part would take a month to arrive. We are dissatisfied with Daikin's broken promises and delayed repairs. Like other brands in Turkey, it appears that they prioritize large corporate clients over individual consumers. We hope they will improve their services and treat all customers equally, regardless of their socioeconomic status. It's disheartening to see how some businesses prioritize profits over customers.
