Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Autoreact Humidification Air Purifier Smells Bad

At the end of December 2022, I bought a Dyson purifier humidify+cool autoreact humidification air purifier (I regret it so much). After 2 months, it started to give off a bad smell (it's not dust, you know, it's bad smell) I called the service, they changed the filter, the same smell continues, I called again, they said let's change the orange apparatus in the middle, and it came again the same. Then I called again, went to the service again, they changed the filter again, it came and the smell remains the same. I called customer service and went to the service again (just 2 days after coming from the previous service) they said filter blockage and sent it again. And of course the result is still the same. They are making fun of people, every time, friend, what is the filter? It is obvious that the product is defective. How is the filter you changed in 2 days, you wear a second hand filter. They certainly do not find any solution, they just delay it so that the warranty period will expire. It was my first Dyson experience and it will be my last. I will sue because they sell defective products and do not find a solution. I do not want to deal with customer service or the service that never does its job. (Every time the product comes from the service, it comes with a small damage, it is scratched. When it last came, they threw the remote and battery inside without putting it in a bag, they put the product inside the box, and the product came upside down until it came to me. The Cankaya region service is a complete fiasco. I'm declaring  it so that no one will be disgraced with their money.

I purchased the Dyson Hot and Cool Air Purifier at the end of November 2023. After 2 weeks, an exclamation mark appeared...
