Daikin Installation Workmanship Issues Require Immediate Correction

I had a Daikin wall-type air conditioner installed in my home in Buca, İzmir, and I am very dissatisfied with the installation and workmanship. After the installation, the cables were left outside, the wall hole was not properly finished and the outdoor unit was positioned in front of the window in a way that is both unaesthetic and impractical. When I contacted the service again to have these installation errors corrected, they stated that they would only come if I paid an additional fee. I do not find it fair to be asked for extra payment for correcting faults that stem from poor workmanship in the first place. I request that the installation errors be corrected properly without any extra charge and that the cables, wall hole and outdoor unit placement be brought to an appropriate and safe condition.
