Samsung Made Me Pay Extra for My Air Conditioner After Careless Removal Service
I scheduled a removal appointment for my Samsung air conditioner through Samsung's official technical service at my former residence in Buca, Dumlupınar neighborhood, 80th Street, İzmir/Turkey. The technician assigned, R*** T***, carelessly and hastily cut and discarded the black cable connecting the indoor and outdoor units, assuring me it would not cause any issues. However, after moving to my new address in Efeler, Kurtuluş neighborhood, Aydın/Turkey, the Samsung technician who came for the installation informed me that the previous technician had improperly removed and discarded the cable, requiring an additional charge of ₺750 for a replacement. Despite already paying ₺2000 for the removal and ₺4000 for the installation, I was forced to pay an extra ₺750 entirely due to the service team’s mistake. I filed a complaint with Samsung’s support team, but even after a week, I have received no response. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will never use or recommend any Samsung products again. Despite the exorbitant fees for removal and installation, I received careless service and was unfairly charged extra.
