Arçelik Air Conditioner Installation Fee Dispute
I purchased an Arçelik air conditioner. Following the purchase, I contacted Arçelik customer service for the free installation service and provided details of my product. Assured of free installation by the customer service representative, I scheduled an appointment with the Arçelik service in the Istanbul Beylikdüzü area. Upon the service team's arrival, they mentioned the necessity of using copper pipes for installation. They assured me that both the pipes and installation would be free of charge. However, they asked me to wait for the pipes to arrive. Once the pipes arrived, the installation team installed the product and completed the assembly. However, a day later, Arçelik Beylikdüzü service demanded payment, citing a misunderstanding. This situation surprised and distressed me. It's troubling that after being promised free installation upfront, I was later asked to pay an additional fee. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and fulfillment of the promise made to me. If the problem isn't resolved promptly, I will be forced to exercise my consumer rights. As a company that values customer satisfaction, I expect you to find a quick and effective solution to this matter. I kindly request that you take action as soon as possible.
