CyberGhost VPN Refuses Refund & Has Rude Support

CyberGhost VPN’s customer support is rude and unhelpful, treating users with disrespect and sarcasm. When I purchased my subscription, they clearly stated there was a refund policy. However, now that I cannot use the service at all, they are refusing to issue a refund.
I paid two years upfront (₺), yet due to restrictions in Turkey, the service doesn’t even work through Telekom. CyberGhost is still charging customers for a VPN they know is unusable and refusing to cancel subscriptions with refunds. This is completely unacceptable! I demand a full refund immediately. If CyberGhost VPN can’t provide service, they shouldn’t trap users in long-term, non-refundable plans. Fix this now!
