CyberGhost VPN Won’t Connect on iOS & Windows

I purchased a 2-year CyberGhost VPN subscription along with a static IP, expecting a reliable service. However, I can’t connect at all from either my computer or phone! CyberGhost VPN refuses to work on both iOS and Windows, making it completely useless to me.

To make matters worse, I can’t even access their website, so I have no way to troubleshoot or find a solution. I paid for this service, and now it’s totally inaccessible. CyberGhost, fix this issue immediately or give me my money back! I didn’t pay for a VPN that doesn’t connect at all. If you’re considering CyberGhost, think twice before subscribing!
