I purchased a one-month Premium subscription from Planet VPN for $10, expecting reliable service for work. The next day, after testing the product, I submitted a support ticket requesting a refund. When they asked for the reason, I explained that the service was not worth the price because the Turkey server constantly gave me 190–210 ms ping, while my normal connection never exceeds 10 ms.
Their reply was just an apology, saying they are “working on improvements” and promising the issue would be fixed soon. I made it clear that I cannot wait, since I urgently need a VPN service for my job, and I requested that they process my refund immediately.
What frustrates me most is that, at first, Planet VPN support was replying to my emails within 10–15 minutes, but the moment I asked for a refund, they completely stopped responding. It has now been hours with no communication at all.
I am demanding that Planet VPN process my refund without further delay and provide honest communication with customers. A paid service that fails to deliver basic performance should not keep people waiting indefinitely for a resolution.
