ZenMate Merged with CyberGhost – Paid Subscription Useless, No Refund

Ever since ZenMate merged with CyberGhost, I haven’t been able to use the subscription I paid for. It’s been months, and I still can’t access the service. When I contacted CyberGhost support, I requested a refund, and they assured me they were “looking into it.” But guess what? Nothing has been done!

They keep making empty promises without actually fixing the issue or processing my refund. It feels like they’re just ignoring customers who are stuck with a service they can’t use. CyberGhost, stop wasting my time and refund my money immediately! If anyone else is thinking of subscribing, be warned—you might not get what you paid for!
