Cursor Customer Support Not Responding to Refund Request

I installed an AI-powered program called Cursor and purchased a Pro membership for $20. Later, I realized that the program also offers a separate Premium membership. I was not aware of this, as the information was in English, and I apparently activated it by mistake. As a result, an additional $20 was charged to my card.
After noticing the charge, I contacted customer service by email. They told me they would respond, but it has been 5–6 days and I still have not received any reply or update. When I try to contact them again, they keep telling me to continue through the previous support thread, but there has been no response there either. I am currently facing hardship because I cannot communicate with anyone, and my issue remains unresolved.
