PDF Guru Charged $50 Without Permission — How to Report Unauthorized Payments and Get a Refund

On October 28, 2025, I made a payment for a document translation as part of the PDF Guru membership package. However, shortly after that transaction, an additional unauthorized charge of $50 was made from my bank card without my knowledge or consent. I had no request or intention to purchase any additional service or subscription.

Although I contacted customer support, I have not received any response so far. I request that this unauthorized charge be investigated immediately and that the $50 be refunded to my bank card.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
