I Face Repeated Charges from Resumaker.ai After Canceling My Subscription Twice

I purchased a résumé-building service through Resumaker.ai, and after using it briefly, I canceled my subscription. Despite this, the platform has been charging my card for the past two months without my approval. I’ve already emailed their support team to request cancellation and a refund, but the charges haven’t stopped.

It’s extremely frustrating to cancel a subscription, follow all the steps, and still get billed. There's no visible “Cancel Subscription” button on the site, and their email support gives no actionable solution. My account shows no active membership, yet they continue to withdraw funds.

I demand an immediate refund for both unauthorized monthly charges and confirmation that my subscription has been permanently canceled. Resumaker.ai must stop billing me without consent. If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.
