I purchased a Creality K1C 3D Printer, and unfortunately, it became faulty not long after purchase. I submitted a warranty repair request on March 6, 2025, but it has now been several days without any follow-up or response. Despite the system confirming that my request was received, no repair process has been initiated, and no authorized personnel have contacted me.
When I followed up with customer service, I was told the issue would be escalated and that someone would get back to me soon. I also emphasized the urgency of the situation, but nothing has happened since.
I am now incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication and support. For a product sold through a major platform like Hepsiburada, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I feel completely abandoned after purchasing a high-value device I can’t even use.
I demand an immediate response regarding the warranty repair of my product. Either fix or replace the printer under warranty and provide me with a clear update on the status. If I continue to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
