My Creality K1 Shows Heating Errors After 2 Weeks

I bought a Creality K1 3D printer just two weeks ago, and it suddenly stopped working with constant error codes. The main issue was “nozzle failed to heat,” and it happened out of nowhere. I didn’t change any settings or do anything unusual. When I tried to replace the nozzle, I realized how overly complex and confusing the system is.

It looks like the hotend is completely burned out already—which should never happen on a brand-new printer. When I contacted Creality support, they brushed it off as “user error.” User error? I didn’t even get the chance to use the printer properly!

It’s outrageous that a company this large shifts the blame instead of owning up to a clear manufacturing issue. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s unacceptable.

Creality, you need to take responsibility and replace the faulty parts or issue a refund immediately. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate this legally. I trusted your brand, and this is how you treat customers? Never again.
