I Got 2 Faulty Creality Hyper Series Red Filaments—Wasted My Time and Money




I purchased 5 spools of Hyper Series red filament from Creality. At first, everything went fine—the first two rolls printed without any issues. But when I opened the third and fourth spools, the print jobs kept failing due to winding issues with the filament. It caused two separate prints to fail entirely, wasting both material and hours of printing time.
I contacted Creality Türkiye and even shared photos clearly showing the winding defect. But instead of helping, they dismissed the issue and told me to contact the seller. They claimed, “There can’t be any defects in the Hyper Series.” That’s simply not true, because when I opened another spool from the same batch, the exact same problem happened again.
Out of five packs, two had serious winding defects. I lost both money and valuable time over this. Creality, this needs to be taken seriously. Either refund or replace the faulty spools immediately. This is not what I expect from a company claiming to offer premium 3D printing products.
