I was initially happy with the 3D printer I purchased from Creality. When it first arrived, everything worked smoothly and the prints came out just as expected. But over time, the print quality has noticeably declined—and now I’m dealing with serious bed adhesion issues. Prints no longer stick properly to the bed, which causes failed prints and wasted filament.

I reached out to the authorized seller where I bought it, and they were helpful at first. They offered a few suggestions and troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, none of them solved the problem. The issue continues, and it’s incredibly frustrating to watch the printer’s performance drop like this with no lasting fix.

Creality, I need real support. This is clearly a hardware or design flaw that has gotten worse over time. Please address this issue immediately—I want my printer functioning like it did on day one.
