I am a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, living independently from my family and trying to make ends meet on a very limited income under high inflation conditions. I signed up for a one-week free trial to review the course; however, due to unexpected family issues, I had to relocate and travel between cities. Because of this, I did not realize that the trial period had ended.
Due to the economic crisis in my country, the $59 fee was charged to me as approximately 2,500 TRY. This amount is nearly one-tenth of my monthly income. Unfortunately, I was not able to attend any lessons or benefit from the course content, yet a significant amount was still charged to my account.
Please understand the seriousness of my situation and consider the economic conditions in different countries when reviewing your refund policy. I truly need a refund for this course, which I did not use at all, in order to pay my essential bills this month.
