Refund Request for Coursera Subscription which I Never Used

I am a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye, currently living independently and struggling with high inflation and a very low income compared to global standards. I initially signed up for a one-week trial to explore the course, but due to unexpected family issues, I had to change my residence and travel between cities. As a result, I did not realize that the trial had ended. Due to the ongoing economic crisis in my country, the $59 charge converted to approximately ₺2500 which is nearly one-tenth of my monthly salary. Unfortunately, I didn’t attend or benefit from any course content, yet a significant portion of my limited income was withdrawn. Please understand the seriousness of my situation and consider revising your policies in light of the economic conditions in different countries. I urgently need a refund to be able to pay my essential bills this month. Thank you for your understanding.
