Bright Learn Fast advertises a 7-day free trial, but when I downloaded the app on June 28, 2025, I was instantly charged ₺1159.99 for a two-month subscription without any clear warning. There was no way to actually experience the free trial they promised. Instead, the moment I clicked “continue” to explore the app, the full payment was taken from my account.

This is an extremely misleading approach. Many apps offer real free trials with upfront cancellation options, but Bright Learn Fast tricks users into full payment by disguising the purchase under the illusion of a trial. This is not acceptable and borders on deceptive marketing.

I demand an immediate full refund of the ₺1159.99 that was charged without my informed consent. The company should revise their trial flow and ensure that users can truly test the app before being billed.
