I enrolled in a course on Coursera that offered a one-week free trial. A simple email reminder before the charge would have been appreciated.
I feel let down by a platform I once respected for its quality education. This lack of communication has left a negative impression, and I no longer intend to take courses through Coursera. I request a refund for the charge and urge Coursera to improve its practices by notifying users before deducting payments. This would prevent such unpleasant experiences for future students.
