I Can’t Access My Coursera Account or Courses, Login Button Not Working

I am unable to access my Coursera account, as the login button does not redirect me to any page. This issue has completely blocked my access to the platform and my courses, which is a significant problem.

I’ve been actively participating in various programs on Coursera, but for the past few days, clicking the login button doesn’t lead anywhere. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and even attempting access from other devices. However, the issue persists. There are no error messages, and the page simply doesn’t load.

This problem is severely disrupting my learning process, as I cannot attend live sessions or complete assignments. I’ve repeatedly contacted customer service through emails and phone calls but received no response. The lack of communication from Coursera is deeply frustrating.

I chose Coursera for its quality content and user-friendly interface, but this experience is undermining my trust in the platform. I urgently request immediate assistance to regain access to my account so I can continue my courses without further delays. Please resolve this issue promptly, as it is affecting my education and commitments.
