How to Appeal an OmeTV Ban Without Paying

I was banned from the OmeTV website by mistake while using it on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. The ban happened around 25–26 October 2026. I did not violate any rules intentionally; I only pointed my phone camera at my computer screen so my friend could see the screen and the program I was watching. After that, I was suddenly banned. Now, whenever I try to access OmeTV, a message appears saying that I am banned, and it offers to remove the ban only if I pay 10.99 USD. I have already been banned for more than a week, and there are still about 102 hours left on the ban. I believe this ban is unfair and a result of a misunderstanding, because I did not use OmeTV with bad intentions or inappropriate content. I kindly request that my account and device ban be lifted without any payment and that I be allowed to use the service again.
