WhatsApp Banned Wrongfully, Please Restore My Account

My WhatsApp Business account linked to the number +233 2433604** has been permanently banned without any clear explanation, and this has seriously affected my small boutique business in Ghana. I use this number to communicate with customers from my Instagram ads, to follow up with previous clients, and to stay in touch with friends and family through chats, calls, video calls and sharing short videos. I do not use the account for any illegal, abusive or spam activity. On the evening of October 20th, 2026, I closed from work around 8 p.m. and got home around 9:30 p.m. after meeting some friends on the way. When I finally settled at home, ate and picked up my phone, I saw that my WhatsApp account had been banned. I immediately sent an in‑app appeal. Later that night, our electricity went off, and I was awake from around 4 a.m. Checking my phone around 5 a.m. before going back to sleep, I saw that the ban had been lifted. I believed everything was back to normal. I even thought I had sent a video to a friend in the morning, but the next day she told me she never received anything, so in reality I did not even properly use the app after the first ban was lifted, and I was sleepy and confused. When I woke up to get ready for work, I picked up my phone again and saw that my account had been banned a second time on October 21st, 2026. This time the message stated that my account was permanently banned. I sent another appeal through the app, but I was not allowed to write any explanation, and the reply came back within a few minutes saying my account would not be restored. Later, WhatsApp also replied via email to my address bellereveriebout****@gmail.com under ticket number 2535204653633663, but the messages were generic and did not explain what specific action supposedly violated their terms. Because WhatsApp keeps claiming that I am engaging in the same activity while I was actually asleep and not using the app, I am worried that my account may have been hacked or that my number has been run through some kind of spam bot system without my knowledge. I have tried to understand this by asking Google support and ChatGPT, but I still do not know what really happened. What I do know is that I personally have not done anything wrong or abusive on this account. I kindly request that WhatsApp carefully re‑investigate my account and activity, check for any possible hacking or misuse by third parties, and restore my WhatsApp Business account linked to +233 2433604**. As a small boutique that depends on Instagram ads and WhatsApp communication to reach customers, this situation is causing me serious damage and loss of contact with clients. I am asking for my account to be reinstated and, if possible, a clear explanation of what triggered this permanent ban, so that I can avoid any similar problem in the future.
