Bright Learn Fast Charged Me Again Without Consent After Subscription Ended

I initially signed up for the Bright Learn Fast app with a 3-month subscription. However, it failed to meet my expectations, so I decided not to continue. That’s when the problems began. There is no way to cancel the subscription through the app. There’s no cancellation button, no support section, and absolutely no accessible customer service.

Even worse, after the 3-month period ended, the app charged my credit card again without my permission, despite showing my subscription as inactive within the app. I can’t access any of the content anymore, yet they continue to charge me.

This is completely misleading and exploitative. It feels like the system is deliberately designed to trap users in recurring payments without offering a clear way to cancel. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and a proper cancellation of my subscription. Bright Learn Fast needs to be held accountable for deceiving its users and violating basic consumer rights.
