Passengers have been confined to the aircraft for approximately two hours, and tensions are running high.
The situation is exacerbated by non-functioning air conditioning systems on the plane. Flight attendants are trying to ease the discomfort by offering cold water to passengers, but this gesture is insufficient given the circumstances.
This experience falls far short of what I expect from Corendon Airlines. My family and I regret choosing this airline, and we're reluctant to fly with them again in the future. We're left wondering when the plane will finally take off.
