My flight, XC0723, was scheduled to depart on April 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM. However, the flight has been delayed for hours and there is no information or assistance being provided to passengers.
We have been waiting at the airport for hours with no idea when our flight will depart. We have been told that we will receive information at 3:00 PM, but there is no guarantee that the flight will actually depart at that time. This is completely unacceptable. We have paid for a service that we are not receiving. We are being left stranded at the airport with no information or assistance.
I am extremely disappointed with Corendon Airlines and will never fly with them again.
