On June 9, 2024, our flight from Antalya to Hamburg was delayed by 1.5 hours. For the return trip, I had a flight scheduled on June 28, 2024, from Nürnberg to Antalya at 02:05. After all passengers boarded, the pilot announced that the flight would take off shortly. One minute later, another announcement was made stating that the plane had a mechanical issue. We waited on the plane for nearly two hours before being told to disembark. We were informed that the flight would now depart at 13:30. My entire family was distressed, and our plans were ruined. I am seeking legal compensation from Corendon Airlines for this unprecedented situation. Passengers were given minimal compensation and left to endure more than 10 hours at the airport in a very poor situation. This is unacceptable.
