Hello, I flew with Corendon Airlines from Düsseldorf to Izmir on July 29, 2024. My luggage arrived damaged. I requested a replacement, but they informed me that they did not have large suitcases available. They stated that we needed to file a report and resolve the issue with the airline.
I subsequently sent the required documents they requested. I was told that the damage was worth about €20 and that I needed to accept this amount. For that price, you can't even buy a fabric bag, let alone a suitcase of that quality. I requested either a replacement with a similar product or a refund of the €85 I paid. Now, they are asking for a receipt. Do you bring all your receipts with you when you go on vacation?
Corendon Airlines, please do what is right and do not leave your customers in distress. I kindly ask that you forward this complaint to the relevant parties. Thank you for your attention.
