I Face Ticket Cancellation Loss On Corendon Airlines Flex Fare Without Refund Option
I purchased a Corendon Airlines ticket for our first international family holiday on 15.06.2025 for ₺9,250. Wanting to extend the holiday by a day, I browsed the Corendon website to explore changing my flight. I entered the cancellation section expecting to see the cancellation fee before deciding. However, the system canceled my ticket immediately with a single click. Moments later, I received an email stating that my entire payment was non-refundable—without even a ₺1 refund.
I understand that I bought a budget class ticket, but this cancellation was accidental. I immediately called customer service and explained the situation, saying I expected a confirmation screen asking, "Are you sure?" as is standard on most platforms. Unfortunately, they refused to help.
Now, I am left with an outbound flight and no return flight, a serious issue for our first international trip with my children. I had already spent my full budget on this ticket and cannot afford to purchase another one.
This situation has caused me great financial stress and emotional turmoil. I feel abandoned by Corendon’s customer service, who could have easily reversed this mistake with a single system command.
