Corendon Gave Me Last-Row Seat Despite Health Issues and Refused to Change It

I purchased a Düsseldorf flight ticket with Corendon Airlines for April 11, 2025. Today, I completed online check-in, only to be assigned a seat in the very last row of the plane. This is completely unacceptable, as I am 65 years old and suffer from chronic health conditions.
I immediately called customer service and explained my situation, kindly requesting a seat change—even offering to pay for a better seat. However, they flat-out refused and insisted nothing could be done. It’s as if they’re waiting for passengers like me to have a medical emergency mid-flight.
I trusted Corendon and now deeply regret flying with them. I urge the airline to reconsider this decision and allow me to change my seat before the flight. Treating senior passengers this way is not only unprofessional—it’s disrespectful.
