Corendon Approved €700 Compensation for Damaged Baggage but Canceled Payment

On August 22, 2025, after my Cologne–Izmir flight with Corendon Airlines, I discovered that my suitcase was cracked. I went to the Havaş office at the airport to report the damage and file a complaint, but the office was closed. I waited for about an hour, yet no staff showed up, and I was unable to file a report at that time. I later submitted my complaint directly to Corendon Airlines, and after reviewing my case, they offered me €700 in compensation, stating that the amount would be transferred to my account once I confirmed. I accepted the offer, but afterward, I was informed that the payment had been canceled without explanation, and no money was ever deposited into my account. My application reference number is CAI-25-25-8571. I am demanding that Corendon honor its initial commitment and immediately pay the €700 compensation that was already approved and agreed upon.
