Hotbit Support Slow to Respond to Verification and Account Merge Request
I have been a user of hotbit.us.com and recently contacted customer service regarding a verification issue and my request to merge my account. I reached out via ***[email protected] about one day ago, but I have not yet received a satisfactory or timely response. At the moment, there is no payment or pending balance affected; the delay in replying is creating uncertainty and preventing me from managing my account as I would like. I find the customer service response time slow for such an important process. I kindly request that my verification issue be handled as soon as possible and that my account merge request be reviewed and completed without further delay, or at least that I receive clear and prompt information about the status and timeline of this process.
