Sugo App Ban Complaint After Account Blocked Without Notification
I had an active account on the Sugo app, which I use to chat and meet new friends, and on Sunday, March 8, my account was suddenly blocked without any prior notice or clear reason. I did not receive any email, in-app message, or notification explaining the cause of this block, and I only realized what had happened when I tried to enter the application today. I suspect that another person may have given false information or made an unfair report about me, because I always try to follow the rules of the platform, and I have not committed any fault that would justify a measure as serious as blocking my account. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and unblocked, and that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for this blocking, since users are not notified, and we are left without any information. I want to continue using Sugo normally and to know exactly what happened in my case.
