Parimatch Support Ticket Unresolved for Missing ₹5,000 Deposit
I deposited ₹5,000 into my Parimatch account (ID: 447303190) via UPI on March 8, 2026. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and the UPI reference number for the transaction is 606755413596.
However, the ₹5,000 has not been credited to my Parimatch account balance.
After noticing that the deposit was missing, I created a support ticket within the Parimatch app, but the issue has still not been resolved, and the ₹5,000 remains unaccounted for.
I request that the ₹5,000 be returned to my original UPI payment method as soon as possible, or that the deposit be properly credited to my Parimatch account without further delay.
I also expect clear information about the current status of this failed deposit and when I will receive my money back.
