On 16.07.2022, we traveled from Rotterdam Airport in the Netherlands to Konya with Corendon Airlines flight number XC 5615. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours.
On 22.08.2022, I filed a complaint regarding flight irregularities through the corendonairlines.com website. Reference number: CAI-2022-2022-2546154227. I was informed that a response would be given within 6-8 weeks.
On 13.12.2022, I received another message: "Thank you for your notification. Information has been given to the relevant department for the transfer of € xxxx to the bank account you specified with reference code xxxxxxxxxx. We inform you that the mentioned compensation will be credited to your account within 10-12 weeks, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced."
Today is 07-08-2024, exactly 2 years have passed, and unfortunately, the deserved compensation has still not been paid. Messages are no longer being answered. This behavior is proof that they do not take us seriously.
