Corendon Still Hasn’t Paid My Flight Delay Compensation After 6+ Months
I am very disappointed with how Corendon Airlines has handled my approved flight delay compensation request. My flight (CAI 1077 from Cologne to Gazipaşa) on August 25, 2024, was significantly delayed. I submitted a compensation claim, which was approved, and I provided my bank details as requested. Yet here we are—over six months later, and I still haven’t received a single cent.
Despite reaching out dozens of times via email, I have not received a single proper response. The company has gone completely silent. When I experienced a similar issue with AnadoluJet, they transferred the promised compensation in just two weeks. Corendon, on the other hand, continues to ignore my rightful claim and refuses to fulfill its obligations.
This is incredibly unprofessional behavior from a company that is supposed to be running international operations. It's shocking that a company would act this irresponsibly over just €400 (₺ equivalent). Instead of resolving my issue, Corendon is deliberately stalling and offering zero support.
I demand immediate payment for the approved compensation and urge the company to address its growing list of unresolved complaints. Enough is enough—stop delaying what is rightfully owed.
