On July 16, 2022, I flew from Rotterdam Airport (Netherlands) to Konya with Corendon Airlines flight XC 5615. The flight was delayed by four hours. As a result, I submitted a formal flight disruption complaint on August 22, 2022 through Corendon’s official website under reference number CAI-2022-2022-2546154227. I was told to expect a reply within 6–8 weeks.
Then, on December 13, 2022, I received an update stating: “Thank you for your notification. A payment of €2000 will be transferred to the bank account you provided under reference number 2546154227. The compensation will be processed within 10–12 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.”
Today is May 10, 2025—nearly 3 years have passed, and I still have not received a single cent of the confirmed compensation.
Corendon, I am demanding an immediate payment of the €2000 you promised and acknowledged in writing. This is not just a delay—it is a blatant violation of customer trust and responsibility. I have waited more than enough time, and your silence since then is unacceptable.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter legally and publicly. Honor your commitment and pay what you owe.
