Continental Winter Tire Issue: No Support for Defective Product

I purchased winter tires from the Continental dealership in Erzurum on 18.11.2022, and just two weeks ago, during the installation, the tire became unusable. The technician who performed the installation claimed it was a manufacturing defect and sent it to the authorized dealer in Erzurum for warranty inspection. The response from the factory stated there was no manufacturing defect, attributing the issue to an installation error. However, the installing company insisted there was no error on their part, citing a tear due to sidewall thinning from production. Despite my efforts to communicate this to the company via h*****@conti.de, I received a negative response once again. I expected Continental to stand behind the product they sold, but they consistently deny responsibility, attributing the problem to installation errors. As the aggrieved party, I hope for a replacement of my tire, and for the company to stand behind the product they sold with confidence.

Dear Mr. Osman K., As stated in the email previously sent to you, the examination revealed that damage occurred in the bead area of the tire, which we refer to as the area that sits on the rim, due to improper installation. It is inevitable that such damage occurs to the tire in installations where inappropriate removal-installation tools, procedures, or insufficient mounting cream are used. You can find detailed information in our service bulletin attached. The warranty procedure covers manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects. The condition identified in the tire is due to external factors and is mentioned in the first item under the "Usage Errors" section of the product warranty certificate; Item 12 – Damages caused by improper application during the mounting/dismounting of the tire on the rim.
