Customer service referred me to an authorized dealer in Tokat. According to the authorized dealer, when used at 34 bar, the tire air ruptured, and there should have been at least 36 air. They made 36 air and sent me to try it this way. He informs me that it is not a factory defect. The car bounces on 36 air. On the long run, it will reach 42.43 bars and bounce nicely. Comfort is already at zero. I tried to explain to the dealer that this was a common mistake, but he refused to understand. He also informed me that the same vehicle returned last week with the same complaint. As parts of the tire break off, the balance adjustment fails. The car shakes more than 120 times. It is impossible to maintain the balance because these parts are constantly breaking. He also claims there are no rear tires.
